A limited number of items are available every racing weekend, from Friday at 8AM to Sunday at 8PM. The products may sell out before the end of this period. But do not worry, each new race weekend means new products available for sale 🙂
Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colours displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service.
All orders in Poland are shipped via DPD/UPS. All international orders are shipped via UPS/DPD/GLS. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. Each t-shirt take us about a month to produce.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Since you receive your shipping confirmation email:
- Allow 1-4 business days for deliveries within Poland
- Allow 1-7 business days for EU deliveries
Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, please contact our customer service via contact form on our website.
When you place an order at www.mizidesign.com, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.
No, you can’t cancel or change your order. While your order is in transit, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order as the product/s will be in the possession of the courier company. Once your order is delivered, you may return your Product/s up to 14 days afterwards from the delivery date. Please read carefully our Returns Policy.
For returns, you may do so up to 14 days after the day you received the product/s. All returned products must conform with our Returns Policy.
If you wish to ask for a refund, you have the option of returning any product ordered via our website within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. Remember that the merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all the MIZI DESIGN tags attached. We do not accept exchanges on returned items, but you can send them back for a refund and then place a new order for the size, color or item you’d prefer. Please note – duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note – you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us – remember to ask for a sending receipt, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it. When you return your order, please remember to put your returns note (which you can download here) in the parcel. It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to us in Poland, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once we receive your return we will make the refund via the original payment method within 14 working days.
The customer receive the refund to the same method originally used at checkout. We will not reimburse the cost of standard delivery.

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
Shipments inside any Member State of the European Union (DDP Countries) will not incur in additional custom fees, import fees as taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout.

- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden.
Any country that is not included in the list above will be considered as a shipment outside the European Union and will be considered a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) country.
Shipments outside the European Union (DDU) may be subject to additional custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client. Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Bagouve. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We produce all our products in the EU using sustainable fabrics and tints, as well as recycled and compostable materials for our packaging.
No. All our products are made in limited quantities and once all units are sold the are gone forever. We will not remanufacture sold out products.
