SHIPPING POLICY
All of our merchandise is proudly designed and made in Poland, using only the highest quality fabrics and in ethical working conditions for our employees.
Every order is shipped directly from Poland with love <3
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We kindly ask for up to 3-4 weeks from the moment you place your order to the moment we ship it out. Why does it take this time? Because we’re not fast fashion. And if we want to watch races in the future, we need to care about our planet 🙂
When you place your order, production begins especially for you. For each launch day, we prepare the fabric in advance — but the creation of the shirt is a multi-step process:
The first family-run factory carefully cuts the fabric.
The pieces are sent to our second workshop, where we add the embellishments – embroidery, rhinestones, pearls (fun fact: they’re 2 minutes walk from each other)
Then they return to the first family-run factory, where your shirt is sewn together, labels are added and the piece is steamed.
Finally, the finished shirts are sent to me (the founder/ your F1 bestie). I personally check each one, and I lovingly wrap your order by hand.
Not because I don’t have a team yet, but because this part brings me joy. When I prepare your package, I treat it like a gift — imagining your smile when you unwrap it.
After that, your shirt is shipped and that’s when delivery time starts.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time varies and ranges between 2 to 10 working days, depending on your shipping provider and chosen delivery method.
As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you’ll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately. Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
· EU 2 – 5 working days
· USA, Canada 2 – 6 working days
· UK 2 – 6 working days
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply use that number on the courier’s website.
If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation email yet, it means your order hasn’t left the warehouse.
If you don’t pick up your package and it’s returned to us, we do not cover the shipping costs to resend it. You will be responsible for covering the new shipping fee.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We provide the following shipping options: FedEx/ DPD/ InPost

· European Union: 5€ – 13€ (depending on country)
· United Kingdom: 15€
· USA: 39€
· Canada: 30€
*EU countries are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
EXTRA DUTIES, VAT & TARRIFS
- · European Union: No additional fees – your order is shipped from Poland, so you don’t pay any customs duties or VAT upon delivery.
- · UK, USA, Canada, and other non-EU countries: Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the courier upon delivery.
A little more info for our besties in:
United Kingdom
Because we produce and ship from Poland (which has a trade agreement with the UK), customs duty is usually 0% – yay!
However, UK customers typically pay around 20% VAT based on the total order value. Also, some couriers may charge a small handling fee (usually just a few pounds) when collecting taxes.
We know this part isn’t the most fun, but we always try to make things as smooth and transparent as possible for you.
United States
We know there’s been a lot of talk lately about new tariffs and fees in the US – so here’s what we know so far, explained in the most chill and honest way possible <3
The good news? We proudly produce in Poland (European Union), not in China. Why does that matter? Because tariffs on Chinese products can be over 125%, while for EU-made goods it’s currently around 10 – 25% – a huge difference. So no scary surprise charges here.
Right now, there’s a temporary suspension of new tariffs until July 9th 2025, and we’re keeping a close eye on any updates. But as things stand, here’s what you can expect:
You may need to pay around 10-25% in import duties (customs fees) based on the total value of your order (product + shipping).
The US doesn’t charge import VAT, which is great news!
Most couriers add a Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF), usually between $2 and $11, depending on your order’s value.
So for example:
If your order is around 150 EUR (including shipping), you might pay approximately 30–40 EUR in duties and fees upon delivery.
We’ll keep you posted if anything changes – and in the meantime, just know we’re doing everything we can to keep things fair, transparent, and stress-free for you.
Thanks for supporting small brands and European production <3
Please note: This is just an estimate based on the current regulations and typical courier practices. Actual charges may vary slightly depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any updates to US customs policy. We’ll do our best to keep you informed – and we’re always here if you have any questions
Canada
Hey bestie! If you’re ordering from Canada, here’s the scoop on what might happen when your package arrives:
You might need to pay a customs duty (import tax) — usually around 20 euros for a typical 1 T-shirt order.
Canada charges a sales tax (like VAT), but the rate varies depending on your province — it can be anywhere from 5% to 15%. For example, Alberta has just 5%, while provinces like Quebec or Nova Scotia charge up to 15%.
The courier might add a small handling fee for dealing with customs paperwork — usually just a few dollars.
Altogether, these extra fees can add up to around 40 euros (about 55–60 Canadian dollars) when your package gets delivered.
Why?
Since we ship from Poland (which is in the EU), your order goes through Canadian customs — and they have their own rules about taxes and fees on imports. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control.
Please note: This is just an estimate based on the current regulations and typical courier practices. Actual charges may vary slightly depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any updates to US customs policy. We’ll do our best to keep you informed – and we’re always here if you have any questions
Switzerland
We’re super happy to ship to Switzerland, and here’s a quick & friendly breakdown of what might happen when your order arrives
Good news first:
We produce in Poland (EU) – so your order is not subject to customs duties. That’s because Switzerland has a free trade agreement with the EU
→ No worries about extra import taxes! What you might need to pay:
• Swiss VAT (MwSt) – standard rate is 8.1%, applied to your order total (product + shipping).
• FedEx handling fee – usually between CHF 5–20, sometimes plus a small % of the order value.Example: if your order totals 140 EUR, expect to pay around 25–35 CHF in extra costs at delivery (that includes VAT + FedEx’s fee).
We know nobody loves surprise fees, so we wanted to give you the clearest picture possible. Because we manufacture in the EU, your total costs stay lower – and we’re always here to help if you’ve got questions.
Please note these costs are approximate and can vary depending on FedEx procedures or local customs. We do our best to keep you informed, but the final amount may differ slightly.
Australia
We want to keep things clear and simple for you when ordering from Poland Here’s what you might pay when your order arrives:
Since we produce in Poland (EU), your order might have a small customs duty — usually around 5% of your order value (product + shipping).
Australia charges a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on your total order value plus customs duty.
FedEx (or your courier) usually charges a customs clearance fee of about AUD 20–30 (~15–20 EUR) for handling the import paperwork.
So, if your order is about 170 EUR total, expect to pay around 35–45 EUR extra when your package arrives.
We do our best to keep these extra fees as low as possible and to keep you updated. Thanks so much for supporting us
Please note that the customs clearance fee may sometimes be lower or higher depending on the courier company and the specific shipment. We hope you’ll usually be positively surprised! This fee is not controlled by us but by the courier, and the amounts provided are only approximate examples.
